André Branch takes the helm in North America

Effective August 15, Branch will oversee Pandora’s operations in North America, a region key to the company’s growth strategy. Based in New York, he brings over 25 years of experience in consumer, beauty, and lifestyle industries. Branch’s appointment reflects Pandora’s commitment to strengthening its market presence and customer relevance in this key area.

Branch joins Pandora from R.E.M. Beauty, where he served as CEO, and has held senior leadership roles at Estée Lauder, L’Oréal, Diageo, and Kraft Heinz across both North America and Europe. His expertise in driving growth and executing strategies has been widely recognized. Pandora’s chief commercial officer, Massimo Basei, emphasized Branch’s ability to combine strategic clarity with disciplined execution, making him an ideal fit for leading the North America business.

Branch succeeds Luciano Rodembusch, who departed in February 2026. He aims to enhance Pandora’s brand appeal, deepen customer connections, and pursue growth opportunities across the region.

Paulo Garcia steps in as CFO

Garcia will join Pandora on October 1 and assume the CFO role on December 1, following the retirement of Anders Boyer on November 30, 2026. This timeline allows for a two-month handover, ensuring a seamless transition in financial leadership.

With 25 years of international experience in consumer goods, Garcia joins from Walmart Mexico & Central America, where he served as CFO. His previous roles include senior finance positions at Ahold Delhaize and Unilever, bringing a wealth of expertise in global financial management. Garcia’s appointment shows Pandora’s focus on maintaining strategic momentum and financial stability.

Boyer, who joined Pandora’s board in 2012 and became CFO in 2018, expressed gratitude for his time at the company and pride in its achievements.
